WestCare Palmer Resource Center

DREAM Builders partnered with WestCare Wisconsin to transform a long-vacant, dilapidated building on Milwaukee’s north side into the Palmer Resource Center, a vibrant hub for community services and support. The project is part of a broader vision to restore underutilized properties and create spaces that directly address local needs, from health and wellness to youth programming and family support.

Our role included documenting existing conditions, leading architectural design, and preparing construction documentation to carry the project from concept to build. The design balances restoration with modernization, ensuring the facility is code-compliant, functional, and adaptable for multiple community uses.
By bringing the Palmer Resource Center to life, DREAM Builders and WestCare created more than a building—we delivered a safe, welcoming, and purpose-driven space that strengthens neighborhood resilience and expands access to essential resources.
