DREAM BUILDERS was selected to lead the architectural documentation phase for the Running Rebels Community Organization East Music Studio, designed by Notes For Notes as a creative space to empower Milwaukee’s youth through music and audio production. This renovation transforms a basement-level space into a high-performance recording studio, with strict requirements for sound isolation and functional design.

Leveraging a provided 3D model as a design base, our team translated the idea to fruition through rigorous documentation, cross-discipline coordination, and construction-phase support.

This project highlights our ability to deliver focused, functional design within specialized parameters; in this case, involving sound isolation and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
