The Peoples State Bank – Sunset Branch project reimagines an existing commercial bank building to align with the client’s brand identity and operational needs. Building on the successful design established at the West Allis branch, this renovation modernizes the Sunset Branch to create a more welcoming, functional, and efficient banking environment.

The renovation includes a complete office refresh, introducing new finishes and furnishings consistent with the West Allis branch. A redesigned entry lobby set the tone for the customer experience with an updated aesthetic, a media wall, and a convenient coffee station. At the core of the banking function, a new transaction counter accommodates four tellers and provides full wheelchair accessibility.

To support expanding operations, the project adds multiple new workspaces, including private offices, a conference room, workstations, and a board room for executive meetings. Behind the scenes, the design addressed practical building needs such as remediating underslab plumbing issues and installing snow guards on the standing seam metal roofs to improve durability and safety in the drive-thru area.
